Terms & Condition

1. Reservations and Payments

1.1 Reservations can be made through our official website, by phone, or in person.
1.2 An advance deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
1.3 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, online banking, or other methods approved by the hotel.
1.4 A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-in time: 11:00 AM
2.2 Check-out time: 10:00 AM
2.3 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

3.1 Cancellations made 5 hours before the check-in time will incur a 50% deduction of the total booking amount.
3.2 Cancellations made at or after the check-in time are non-refundable.
3.3 In case of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged, and the booking will be automatically canceled.

4. Room Usage and Hotel Policies

4.1 Rooms are for the exclusive use of registered guests only. Additional guests may require prior approval and may be subject to extra charges.
4.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated non-smoking areas. A cleaning fee may apply for violations.
4.3 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
4.4 The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation or services to anyone behaving in an inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe manner.

5. Liability and Safety

5.1 The hotel takes reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety but is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
5.2 Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.
5.3 The hotel shall not be held liable for any interruptions of service or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, or government restrictions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Guest information collected during the reservation process is used solely for booking and operational purposes.
6.2 The hotel will not share or disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law or necessary for service delivery.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.
7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dodge City, Kansas.

8. Modifications

8.1 The Dodge House Hotel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Guests are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates.
